World Skull Base Foundation provides training opportunities to doctors and paramedical professionals in the specialty of Skull Base Surgery. World Skull Base Foundation has launched its flagship training programme, The Fellowship Diplomas, organised at Ramaiah Advanced Learning Center, Bengaluru, India is one of its kind and the first comprehensive curriculum based training programme launched in the specialty of Skull Base Surgery. The objective of this programme is to define the scope of Skull Base Surgery and get official accreditation for the same. The Fellowship Diplomas organised both in Otology-Lateral Skull Base Surgery and Rhinology-Anterior Skull Base Surgery is in the form of a set of 3 modules beginning from basics to complex study, spread over one year. The course will include lectures, live surgeries and dissections using the best and state-of-the-art equipments. At the end of the course, the participants will go through an examination passing which they will be awarded a Diploma from MS Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences (Deemed University under the Government of India).
